Approve the resolution to execute said contract, authorize the appropriate Town officer to execute said contract, and authorize staff to expend budgeted funds.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The 2019 capital budget includes funds for improvements to Vista Parkway. The Board approved an annual asphalt repair services contract at the April 23, 2019 board meeting. With Metro Pavers under contract, staff requested a proposal to complete improvements on Vista Parkway. Staff reviewed the proposal submitted by Metro Pavers and finds it acceptable and the cost reasonable for the scope of work.
