SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The 2019 Work Plan includes work on Issue (24) “Organizational Health”. Included in the action steps for that issue is conducting an employee opinion survey and presenting survey results to staff and Board of Trustees. The attached presentation summarizes the key findings of the survey. The Town Administrator also presented this information to Town staff and had Q&A during two all employee meetings (to provide an opportunity for employees to come at different times) on July 9th and 10th.
