Approve the transfer of entitlement funds to Meadow Lake Airport.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Each year the FAA provides funds to municipal airports, to fund projects. The annual entitlement is $150,000. Typically airports will share those funds with one another so that larger projects can be funded. In 2018 Meadow Lake Airport transferred their $150,000 entitlement to Erie Municipal Airport to allow for the Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) building (see the Airport Manager’s report for more information on this project). The FAA has provided an agreement for the transfer of our annual $150,000 entitlement to Meadow Lake Airport, which essentially repays that airport for its transfer last year.
