Approval of the Development Agreement and acceptance of dedications on the Flatiron Meadows Filing No. 12 Final Plat, which includes 38 single-family lots and 3 landscape tracts on 13.941 acres. The final plat is located southeast of Marble Drive and Limestone Drive.
