Recommendation
Approve the Resolution to enter into said agreement, authorize the appropriate Town officer to execute said agreement, and authorize Staff to expend budgeted funds.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The 2019 operating budget includes funds for asphalt repair as needed. The purpose of this type of contract is to have the company to complete asphalt repairs at various areas throughout the Town on an as-needed basis as funds allow.
Included in this contract is an annual renewal for up to four additional years with a maximum price increase of 2% annually if contractor desires. This is the first year of that contract. Specific work will be determined by the Street Division.
