SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Community Development Group of Erie requests development agreement approval and acceptance of dedications shown on the Final Plat. The Preliminary Plat was approved by the Board of Trustees on September 25, 2019. The Final Plat has been approved by the Planning and Development Department Director contingent upon the Board of Trustees accepting the dedications on the Final Plat document and approving the associated Development Agreement. The plat is for a 75 lot townhome project located east of the intersection of Erie Parkway and South Briggs Street.
