SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
On February 26, 2019, the Town of Erie and Moltz Construction, Inc. entered into settlement negotiations concerning the Town’s four-million-gallon concrete water tank. An agreement has been reached to settle all disputes concerning the issues related to the interior lining of the water tank.
