SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
On January 9, 2019, the Board of Trustees designated official posting locations for the posting of legal notices. The Erie Post Office was designated as one of the two official posting locations. The Erie Post Office recently informed the Town that posting at the Post Office is no longer an option. This resolution will establish that the Erie Post Office is no longer an official posting location for the Town.
