Staff reviewed all 4 qualifications in detail and unanimously agreed that W.L. Contractors, Inc. was the most qualified for the project.  The Town utilizes W. L. Contractors, Inc. for inspection and repair of the Town’s existing traffic signals, consequently, they are familiar with the Town’s traffic signals.

W.L. Contractors has also provided recent Traffic Signal Communications services to the City of Arvada, Town of Superior, City of Commerce City, City of Louisville, City of Lafayette, and Arapahoe County.

After staff choose W. L. Contractors, Inc. to recommend for this project, staff met with them a couple of times to review and refine the scope of the project.
