SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
At the December 11, 2018 Board of Trustee meeting a resolution was passed to accept the preliminary quotes provided by CIRSA for worker’s compensation and property and casualty insurance for the fiscal year 2019. The annual contribution premium is to be paid quarterly with the first installment now due.
