STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation

Approve the Resolution approving said agreement and easement, authorize the appropriate Town officer to execute said agreement and easement, authorize Staff to pay license fee.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

At the October 23, 2018 Board Meeting the Board of Trustees awarded the construction contract for the Erie Parkway Bridge Over Coal Creek to SEMA Construction Inc., and the Construction Management Contract to RockSol Consulting Group, Inc.

 

As part of the bridge construction the Erie Coal Creek Ditch And Reservoir Company pipe crossing Erie Parkway needs to be extended to accommodate a trail and access to the Coal Creek trail head parking.

 

The Town’s attorney has reviewed the agreement and easement and has found them to be acceptable for the Town to sign.
