SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
At the December 11, 2018 Board of Trustees meeting, a resolution was passed to accept the preliminary quotes provided by CIRSA for worker’s compensation and property and casualty insurance for the fiscal year 2019. To formalize and complete the transition to CIRSA it is necessary to approve the attached resolution and bylaws of CIRSA, thus joining the risk sharing agency.
