To approve resolution designating the Town’s official public notice posting locations and the Town’s official newspaper of general circulation.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
As required by C.R.S § 24-6-402(c), this resolution designates the bulletin board at the Erie Town Hall, 645 Holbrook Street, Erie, Colorado, and the bulletin board at the United States Post Office, 150 Wells Street, Erie, Colorado as the official posting locations for 2019. Additionally, this resolution designates Colorado Hometown Weekly as the newspaper of general circulation for 2019.
