SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Kristin Nordeck Brown serves as the Town of Erie’s prosecuting attorney. She was appointed in 1999. The attached Fourth Amendment to Personal Services Agreement is to update Paragraph 4. “Compensation”. This update will represent the fourth increase in 20 years and will become effective on January 1, 2019.
