Recommendation

Approve the Resolution approving said grant agreement, authorize the appropriate Town officer to execute said agreement, authorize Staff to expend grant money.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

At the August 28, 2018 Board of Trustee’s Meeting the Board accepted a grant from the Federal Aviation Administration for AIP Project No. 3-08-0090-018-2018 for Construction of Snow Removal Equipment Building in the Amount Of $616,039, Board Memo 18-296. In addition the Board also approved a Construction Contract and Executed a Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with PV Consulting, Inc. for the construction of the Snow Removal Equipment Building, Board Memo 18-297.

At the August 28, 2018 Board Meeting Staff informed the Board that CDOA was still providing funding in the amount of $25,908 towards the project. The following is the funding breakdown for the SRE Building:
