Approve the Resolution to award said contract, authorize the appropriate Town officer to execute said contract, authorize Staff to expend contracted funds and contingency funds.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
At the June 13, 2017 Board Meeting the Board of Trustees awarded the design contract for the Erie Parkway Bridge Over Coal Creek to RockSol Consulting Group, Inc. At that time the Board of Trustees was notified that Staff will bring contracts back to the Board for this project. In addition to this resolution, on the agenda tonight is a Construct Contract for the construction of the Erie Parkway Bridge Over Coal Creek (Consent Agenda 18-375).
Now that the project has bid, RockSol Consulting Group, Inc. was asked to provide a cost for construction management. The construction management services will include inspection, documentation and oversight during construction and geotechnical testing services. The Town's construction inspectors are focused on construction inspection and oversight of residential and commercial development. Due to the location and complexity of this project, Staff believes it is in the Town's best interest to have the design firm provide construction management services.
