SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: At the October 8, 2018 special meeting, the Historic Preservation Advisory Board will make recommendations on the Certificates of Appropriateness for the following properties; 365 Main Street, 645 Holbrook Street, and Schofield Farm.
Board of Trustee approval is contingent upon the recommendations made by the Historic Preservation Advisory Board.
