SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Vista Ridge Filing No. 12, 4th Amendment Final Plat vacates an existing utility easement for an existing water line and plats a new utility easement for the water line. A portion of the easement has to be moved to accommodate construction of a proposed building for the Les Schwab Tire Center on Lot 1 of Vista Ridge Filing No. 12. Lot 1 has an address of 2925 Mountain View Boulevard and is 1.528 acres in size.
The Planning and Development Director has conditionally approved the Vista Ridge Filing No. 12, 4th Amendment Final Plat, contingent upon the acceptance of the dedications by the Board of Trustees and the filing of appropriate documents with Town staff.
