SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: As a condition of approval of Morgan Hill Filing No. 1, existing and obsolete slope easements associated with CR 10.5 were required to be vacated. These three easements were held by Weld County. This resolution accepts the transfer of ownership of these easements to the Town by acceptance of the quitclaim deed. A second step, vacation of the easements was also required as a condition of approval for Morgan Hill Filing No.1 final plat.
