SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
In preparation for participation in the November 6, 2018 coordinated election, staff have notified Weld County of the Town of Erie’s intent to place a question on the ballot. In order to secure the election services of Weld County it is necessary to enter into the attached Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA).
Per Colorado State Statute the IGA must be signed and returned to the coordinating agency by August 28, 2018.
