SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
In March of 2018, Town staff met with the Colliers Hill developer to begin the process of developing a comprehensive maintenance agreement that clearly identifies landscape maintenance responsibilities on two parcels of property within the Colliers Hill development. Through several discussions, staff worked with the developer to ascertain the maintenance responsibilities of the Town and the Colliers Hill Master Association that included planting beds, irrigation and tree maintenance.
Working through technical and design issues after some delay as a result of the departure of the developer’s representative, the agreement was signed by the Colliers Hill Master Association on July 9th, 2018. Town staff has reviewed the agreement and is confident it has the ability to maintain the identified parcels.
