SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
As part of the development of Rex Ranch, the developer, Hines (HT Flatirons LP), must construct a 12 inch water line in 119th Street. Due to numerous existing utility conflicts, the water line must be shifted to the west onto an adjacent property which requires an easement be dedicated for it to the Town. This property is already currently owned by Hines and will become Rex Ranch Filing 3. Once Rex Ranch Filing 3 is final platted, the easement will be platted over for future road Right-of-way.
