SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
A project with Leonard Rice Engineers to assist with water supply planning associated with a redundant supplemental water supply that could be used in the event of an emergency, such as catastrophic failure of facilities or a forest fire. The purpose of the investigation is to provide information regarding the feasibility, potential yield, possible operations, potential water quality issues, and to lay out the type, location, and general size of infrastructure required to implement such a project.
