SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Colorado H.B. 15-1348 affected changes to the Urban Renewal Law including provisions establishing membership of the boards of urban renewal authorities. These changes require the Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority to create one seat
for a member to be jointly appointed by the school boards of St. Vrain Valley School District and Boulder Valley School District the Counties of Weld and Boulder.
This resolution appoints a Member of the Board of Education of the St. Vrain School District as a Commissioner.
