STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approving resolution authorizing the inter-government agreement for Jail services in order for the Weld County Sheriff’s Office to hold an Erie municipal offender within the North Jail Complex.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Town of Erie, CO does not desire to maintain a jail facility and wishes to continue the use of the Weld County Jail and their services.
