SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Building Permit Report, Attachment A, indicates the number of new single-family residential building permits issued to date (through February 2018) versus the building permit projections utilized in determining the 2017 budget. The Town issued 34 new single-family residential building permits in February 2018.
For 2018 the Town has issued 47 single-family building permits or 10 percent of the yearly projected total of 465 single-family building permits.
The Building Permit Reports for 2017 and 2016 are attached hereto for comparison.
Attachment B indicates the single and multi-family building permits issued in 2018 by development.
