SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Erie High School After Prom is an event hosted by Erie Booster Club parents for the junior and senior class to attend immediately following the High School Prom on April 14, 2018. The purpose of the event is to provide a place for students to go hangout and enjoy a party atmosphere in a safe environment. This event has been happening for over 25 years and relies on the support of the entire community to make it a success.
On February 23, 2018 Erie High School After Prom Committee submitted a Community Organization Grant Form to the Town Clerk’s Office requesting a donation to help support the after prom event. Staff is recommending a cash donation in the amount of $2,500.00.
