SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The Town wishes to pursue funding from the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) Energy and Mineral Impact Assistance Program for the April 1, 2018 grant cycle. Staff has selected the Erie Town Hall Expansion Project for submittal to DOLA for consideration. Grant requirements include official action by the applicant’s governing board authorizing application for these funds.
