SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The developer of Colliers Hill Filings 4A, 4B, and 4C is obligated to construct a sanitary sewer main to serve the Filing 4 plats and connect to the Town’s existing NWRF interceptor. The sewer main will cross four separate properties under separate ownership. Easements to accommodate the sanitary sewer main have been executed and recorded for the four properties.
A portion of the sewer main that traverses the northernmost property, also known as Andalusia, has been redesigned and as a result will be located outside of the existing easement. To accommodate the redesigned main, the resolution, provided for consideration by the Board of Trustees, vacates the existing easement and accepts a new easement for the realigned sewer main.
