SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
A Site Plan has been conditionally approved by the Director of Planning & Development on Lot 5A, Vista Ridge Filing No. 14, 4th Amendment for construction of a retail paint store. The proposed water meter for the building’s domestic water service is located outside of the utility easement granted in the Vista Ridge Filing No. 14, 4th Amendment plat. The Resolution, provided for consideration by the Board of Trustees, accepts the easement agreement and provides for additional utility easement to accommodate the water meter location.
