SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: This is an amendment to the Town’s contract with Tyler Technologies that was approved by the board of trustees back in June 2013. The Town would like to amend the services of this contract to include Executime Time and Attendance.
The Town currently uses paper timesheets to keep track of hours worked for employees. Then the Town’s Finance department has to manually document exceptions made by the employee for their time. By adding Executime Time and Attendance the Town will be able to allow staff to keep track of their time and attendance via online services. Then, this product will integrate with our current erp system Incode vX by Tyler. Technologies. This product will help to make the payroll process more efficient and eliminate the use of paper timesheets.
This purchase will allow for the one time setup costs needed to implement the product and the purchase of third party hardware, time collection devices.
