SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Town of Erie staff will host its annual Open House at the Erie Community Center in the lobby from 4:30pm to 6:30pm on Thursday, January 25, 2018.
The purpose of this event is for the residents of Erie to see what capital, design, construction, and maintenance projects, as well as current and future developments that are anticipated in 2018 throughout Erie.
Staff from Planning and Development, Public Works, and Parks and Recreation will be available to answer questions regarding current approved projects and potential future projects in the 2018 budget. This will include current & future developments as well.
Some of the 2018 anticipated Project and Development include:
• Serene Park - Colliers Hill
• Colliers Hill - Historic Downtown Erie Connection
• Concrete Maintenance Program
• Drainage Improvement Project along Coal Creek
• Erie Parkway Bridge Over Coal Creek
• North Water Reclamation Facility Expansion
• Reuse Pump Station and Storage Tank
• Street Maintenance
• Water Mater Plan Update
• Water Treatment Facility Expansion
• Zone 3 Waterline Improvements Phase 2
