Requested Action: Acceptance of the Annexation Petition for the Stanley propert
and the setting of a public hearing for said annexation.
The approving resolution does two things:
1. Establishes that the Board of Trustees finds the Annexation Petition to be in substantial compliance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
2. Sets a Public Hearing date and time of January 23, 2018, at 6:30 p.m., in the Erie Town Hall, 645 Holbrook, Erie, CO 80516.
Purpose: The Stanley annexation petition requests annexation to the Town
of Erie of an approximate 0.316 acre parcel.
Location: This site is located along Erie Parkway, and Erie Parkway and North 11th Street and is generally described as a portion of Section 22, Township 1 North, Range 69 West of the 6th Principle Meridian.

Compliance with Town Standards:
Staff finds the application to be in compliance with Chapter 7.3, Annexations, of Erie Municipal Code, Title 10 and with C.R.S. 31-12-108.
Public Notice:
Public notice is not required for the Board of Trustees to find the Annexation Petition to be in substantial compliance with the Municipal Code and laws of the State of Colorado.
