Summary:
The Resolution, provided for consideration by the Board of Trustees, accepts dedications on the plat and authorizes the appropriate town official to sign the Vista Ridge Filing No. 1A, 1ST Amendment Final Plat.
Project Description:
The Vista Ridge Filing No. 1A, 1ST Amendment Final Plat creates a 0.5 acre lot for the existing fire station and the remainder into a 3.9 acre tract for future development.
Project Process:
The Director of Planning & Development has conditionally approved the Vista Ridge Filing No. 1A, 1ST Amendment Final Plat, contingent upon the acceptance of the dedications by the Board of Trustees and the filing of appropriate documents with Town staff.
