SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
This resolution authorizes the appropriate Town Officers to sign an agreement with Election Systems and Software to provide election services, including equipment rental, technical support, ballot printing and mailing.
• The contract cost of $38,880.25, does not include postage and shipping costs. Additional costs would also include Election Judges, post office box fees, additional mailing fees for TABOR Ballot initiatives and miscellaneous supplies.
