SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Building Permit Report, Attachment A, indicates the number of new single-family residential building permits issued to date (through September 2017) versus the building permit projections utilized in determining the 2017 budget. The Town issued 32 new single-family residential building permits in September 2017.
For 2017 the Town has issued 404 single-family building permits or 87 percent of the revised yearly projected total of 465 single-family building permits.
The Building Permit Reports for 2016 and 2015 are attached hereto for comparison.
Attachment B indicates the single and multi-family building permits issued in 2017 by development.
