Approve the Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to sign an Encroachment License Agreement.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Boulder Valley School District has requested using Town property and right-of-way for the installation of a Fiber Optic line to the new Meadowlark school in Flatiron Meadows Subdivision. The Encroachment Licenses will grant Boulder Valley School District the right to use the Town’s right-of-way for the fiber optic line (Exhibit A in the attached agreement). Staff has reviewed the fiber optic plans and do not believe the fiber optic line will conflict with Town facilities. The agreement also allows the Town to terminate the agreement at any time with a 30 day notice.
Staff is recommending approving the resolution and authorizing the Mayor to sign the Encroachment License Agreements.
