SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

The attached agreement is permanent record of fees and costs that are to be paid by HT Flatiron to the Town of Erie for construction of the Star Meadow Park. The Star Meadows Park will be located in the Flatiron Meadows Neighborhood and is a Town of Erie owned and maintained park. The parks master plan, construction documents and general contractor have previously been approved by the Board of Trustees.
Per the master development agreement for Flatiron Meadows Neighborhood Park, HT Flatiron is required to pay fees associated with water tap, sewer tap, and raw water dedication necessary for the construction, maintenance and upkeep of the park. Additionally, HT Flatiron shall pay all costs associated with final grading, soil preparation, the purchase and installation of grass, purchase and installation of a permanent irrigation system, and landscaping within all adjacent right-or-ways, and landscape buffers.
Approving and signing this agreement acknowledge amount due to the Town of Erie.
