SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Coal Creek Meals on Wheels made a presentation to the Board of Trustee on May 9, 2017 requesting a donation of $2,000.00. As part of that process attached is the completed Grants to Community Organization formally requesting the donation.
Coal Creek Meals on Wheels serves Erie and the surrounding area providing meals and support services for people in need.
