SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
At the April 25th Board of Trustees meeting, an update to the Star Meadows Park Construction was given by Parks & Recreation Director, Farrell Buller, to the Board of Trustees as General Business item 17-154. The Board provided direction to move forward with the resolution to award a contract to Goodland Construction, Inc. for the Star Meadows Park Construction Project. The information below was provided at the April 25th meeting and summarizes the bid process and staff recommendation to proceed with Goodland Construction, Inc.
