Approve the Resolution accepting said easements, and authorizing the Mayor to execute said easements.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
As required in the annexation agreement for the new school site north of the Erie High School, the St. Vrain Valley School District RE-1J must provide a permanent access and utility easements for waterlines, sanitary sewer lines and a new non-potable tank site.
Attached is an example of the easement agreement. The final documents will be brought to the Board Meeting for signature.
