SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The work consists of replacement-in-kind of a non-load-bearing cinder block wall, and repair and re-pointing of mortar joints on the chimney. According to the Erie Building Department, this work does not require any permitting. This has been reviewed and approved by the EHPAB and needs BOT approval.
