SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: In September of 2016, the Town’s Information Technology Division entered into a Master Services Agreement with Security Central, INC. for the installation and management of surveillance systems at Town facilities including: Erie Town Hall, Leon A. Wurl Service Center, Erie Community Center, Erie Community Park, Erie Police Station and Municipal Court Building and Water Treatment Facility. This agreement would retrofit Internet Protocol (IP) equipment into Erie Town Hall that will be connected to our overall surveillance system.
