SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: At the March 28, 2017 Board of Trustees meeting, a Staff report was presented updating the services that Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (UDFCD) provides.
At that time the flood hazard information UDFCD mails to property owners that are located in or near flood hazard areas, within the district, had not been sent out.
On April 10, 2017 the attached brochure was mailed to addresses located in or near the Special Flood Hazard Area within UDFCD’s boundaries. This was not mailed to addresses outside of UDFCD’s boundaries.
