Building Permit Monthly Report
The Building Permit Report, Attachment A, indicates the number of new residential building permits issued to date (through January 2017) versus the building permit projections utilized in determining the 2017 budget. The Town issued 65 new residential building permits in January 2017.
For 2017 the Town has issued 65 building permits or 16 percent of the yearly projected total of 400 building permits.
The Building Permit Reports for 2016 and 2015 are attached hereto for comparison.
Attachment B indicates building permits issued in 2017 by development.
