Approve resolution award said contract, authorizing the appropriate Town officer to execute said contract, and authorizing Staff to expend funds related to said contract.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Open Space and Trails Advisory Board identified open space and trails signage as a high priority for 2016, requesting staff include in the Trails and Natural Areas Fund 2016 budget a Trails and Open Space Signage Project. This project was funded with an appropriation of $25,000.00. The purpose of this project is to build awareness of Town owned properties and enhance the visual environment.
Staff identified four primary locations that would meet the conditions of the program, highlighting high visibility and usage areas as well as recent open space acquisitions and. The four locations are:
* Allan Farms
* The Coal Creek Trail and Open Space Corridor at Erie Parkway
* The Coal Creek Trail and Open Space Corridor at Vista Parkway
* Sunset Open Space
In March 2016 the Parks & Recreation Department issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for cost of the fabrication and installation of open space signage using the specifications in the Erie Parks & Recreation Signage Manual. Four sign companies requested the RFP and we received the following proposals/quotes per sign:
