SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
As part of the construction of the Boulder Valley School District’s new school in Flatiron Meadows several new utilities and road improvements must be constructed. Many of these improvements will be owned and maintained by the Town in accordance with the Town’s Construction Standards and Specifications but are located on the Boulder Valley Schools District’s property. This necessitates the need for access and utility easements granting the Town the use of the property and allowing for perpetual maintenance access.
