SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
This project will replace 48 Proco brand expansion joints in the existing six pressure membrane racks at the Water Treatment Plant. The cost per expansion joint is $449.00.The existing expansion joints are 18 years old and have deteriorated such that the inner protective lining is completely gone and could rupture.
