SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: At the July 14, 2015 Board of Trustee meeting the Lease agreement with the Methodist Church along with the agreement with Oz Architecture for the survey & design of the west parking lot was approved. At the July 14th meeting to the Board of Trustees expressed the desire to pursue options for additional parking near the Down Town area, the Board of Trustees directed staff to get bids on both parking lots located to the west of Town Hall (lot B) and pricing for the future site north of Town Hall (lot A).
