SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: In anticipation of the development at the Nine Mile site, the Town has requested bids from contractors for the demolition of the structures currently located on the site.
An Invitation to Bid was issued on June 14, 2016. A pre-bid/site visit was held on June 16, 2016 and the following bids were received on June 23, 2016:

Alpine Demolition has been in business for over 20 years and has successfully performed demolition work for the Town of Erie before. Staff is recommending awarding the contract for the Demo of Existing Structures at Nine Mile Site to Alpine Demolition Inc.
